Our villa was completed in summer 2024, designed with modern luxury and practicality in mind. It’s the ideal space for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing and memorable holiday.
Ground Floor
- Open-Plan Kitchen & Living Room: Fully equipped kitchen with large sliding doors opening to the front terrace, extending your living space outdoors.
- Dining Area: Extendable dining table.
- Bedroom with King Bed: Direct access to the back terrace with open views and ensuite bathroom with a shower.
- Outdoor Areas:
- Front terrace: Small private pool, outdoor shower, barbecue, dining table, seats and loungers.
- Back terrace: Cozy seating with views of orange groves.
Basement
- Second Living Room: Comfortable and cozy, perfect for movie nights and children’s play area, ideal for warm summer afternoons.
- Bedroom with King Bed: Spacious enough for a baby cot.
- Bathroom: Includes a small bathtub and toilet.
First Floor
- Main Bedroom: King bed, small walk-in dressing area, and ensuite bathroom.
- Second Bedroom: King bed, small dressing area and ensuite bathroom.
- Shared Terrace: Access to a large front terrace with lounge seating and beautiful plants.
- Private Terrace: Smaller back terrace for the main bedroom with views.
Rooftop Terrace
- Outdoor Kitchen: Equipped with a sink, espresso machine, and dining essentials.
- Shaded Lounge: Adjustable shade roof and seating area.
- Additional Features: Outdoor shower and lush greenery for shade and privacy.
What else?
- Resort wristbands for all guests, providing unlimited access to the Crystal Lagoon and the resort gym.
- 2 electric bicycles to explore the neighborhood, to use during your stay free of charge.
- Baby cot and baby chair, free of use (we do charge 25 euros for the washing of the bed linen) – please let us know in your reservation if you want to make use of this.
